School Uniform

The office organises the selling of sweatshirts, polo shirts and fleeces. These are of good quality, with the school name embroidered on them. Most parents buy from the stock we keep in the school office. The school uniform consists of white polo shirts, school sweatshirt, grey trousers, shorts or skirt or green gingham dresses in the summer. White socks or black or grey tights for girls and plain dark socks for boys. Sensible, black shoes should be worn for school. Following Oxfordshire County Council’s advice the wearing of jewellery is discouraged. Children with pierced ears should only wear discreet ‘sleepers’ and children with pierced ears are expected to remove their ‘sleepers’ for all physical activities.

The following items are also required:

An apron or painting shirt
A white Wychwood School shirt and navy/black shorts, navy blue long socks and trainers for PE and games
A bag for PE and games kit
These items should be brought into school on a Monday and taken home for washing on a Friday.

During the swimming season: swimwear, a towel and a bathing hat, which can be purchased from the school office, is required. A timetable of the days your children will be swimming will be sent home at the end of the summer half term.

Please mark all clothing clearly with your child’s name – thank you.
